There are a lot of opportunities in life that we should sprint towards - in many cases there are too many to choose from.
There are a lot of things to run from too. Comfort is one of them.
Every minute, hour, day, week, and month, comfort creeps on us and seems more appealing.
We get a little older, which means we lose a little more energy.
Our bank account builds up, which means we can work 0.5% less hard and still be "OK" for tomorrow.
Our social circle grows which means we have more opportunity to distract ourselves with leisure time, happy hour and so forth.
There's nothing inherently wrong with these things, in fact they should be enjoyed to the fullest. Life is about more than just working to improve all the time.
But if you get too wrapped up in them, they become a lifestyle and comfort becomes the priority.
Growth is the priority, and comfort comes down the road as a result of continuous growth.
Don't be someone that sells your dreams to comfort.
