How do I track my purchase?
There are a few options to track your item (all of our items are shipped through UPS):
- qDownload the Shop app on your smart phone to receive live updates on your package.
- At checkout you will be prompted to enter your cell phone number. If you do so, we will send you a text when your item has been shipped.
- You will automatically receive an email update when your order is out for delivery.
- At checkout you can also prompt to receive shipping updates via Facebook Messenger
- Lastly, you can email us at contact@moderngritapparel with 1) Your name 2) The item(s) that you purchased and we will send you a tracking number
Where can I see the break down of my order?
You'll see this in 3 different places:
1) Before you complete your purchase at checkout you will see a complete order break down including tax, shipping, product prices and quantities, etc. If you do not see a charge for one or a few of these categories, that means they do not apply to your order.
2) You will automatically receive an email with your order break down upon making your purchase.
3) We believe that wasting paper is bad business, bad for the environment, and inconvenient for you. Upon your request, we can email you a break down of any order you've made from us in the past. Just email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
How Do I Apply a Discount Code?
Immediately after the "Information" part of your order, the next page will have an option to enter your discount code. If you're on desktop, it should be on the right side of your screen. On mobile it should be visible as you scroll down.
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
If you opted for standard shipping, expect to receive your item in 5-7 business days. If you opt for expedited shipping, expect to receive your item in 3-4 business days.
What is your Returns Policy?
- We offer FREE shipping on returns, plus 100% money back guarantee.
- To return item please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for returning.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Product must not have excessive wrinkling, be covered in animal/human hair or have a strong smell from smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant marks.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. This is to ensure that you receive the proper refund amount for the correct order.
What do I do if my item that I received was faulty?
We apologize to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The Modern Grit logo and label
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, as long as the item matches our return policy criteria. Please email email@example.com with the following:
- Product as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The Modern Grit logo and label still attached to the item
Please include in your email the desired size/item that you would like to exchange for.
